Koukaku no Regios - Synopsis (New)
L'histoire se passe sur Terre, notre Terre, une terre dévastée et polluée par des monstres. Dans le but de survivre l'espèce humaine a construit de nouvelles villes pouvant se déplacer qu'ils appelèrent "Regios". Les humains ont également construit des armes, les "Dite", répondant au pouvoir spirituel de leurs porteurs (le "Kei"), et créé des unités dans chaque Regios pour pouvoir défendre leur ville des attaques des monstres qui dominent la Terre.
Nous sommes dans Zuellni, un Regios universitaire, où tous les jeunes sont porteurs de kei et de pouvoirs stupéfiants. Nina Antalk, capitaine du 17ème escadron et ses membres : Sharnid Elipton un tireur d'élite, Felli Loss une jeune fille aux pouvoir mystérieux, Harley Sutton un alchimiste et mécanicien de génie, vont recruter un nouveau membre très étrange, avec un pouvoir incroyable et au passé très mystérieux, Layfon Alseif. Avec l'aide de ses camarades Nina va engager une guerre contre les monstres pour protéger sa ville.
Quel est le pouvoir de Layfon, pourquoi est-il sur Zuellni et surtout, qui est-il vraiment ?
Quand la Terre est presque détruite, la restauration commence !
